From the first interaction with Heidi, I knew that this would be the Agent that we wanted to work with for the following reasons:
1. Her demeanor. She does not come across as a "used car salesman" type. She lets you make decisions and coaches you and educates you on the process.

Through a cold call from an ad on the internet we were lucky to have Heidi answer. She gave us superb service in the face of many issues, primarily caused by the realtor representing the landlord who was unresponsive and seemed incapable of getting even the basic paperwork done. As an active duty  military officer our family has moved frequently and both owned and rented numerous homes over a 30+ year time period in mulitiple areas of the country.
